• In order to provide greater clarity of purpose and direction we have identified a set of 3 year priorities.
  • These were developed by a school ‘governance group’ comprising of senior staff from the school, office bearers of the Parent Council, Senior pupil leaders and elected members for the school.
  • The governance group first met in spring 2016 to agree a set of ‘transformational priorities’ to cover a 3-year period through to spring 2019.  these priorities informed the annual plans over this period.
  • The governance group then met on an annual basis, in spring 2017 and spring 2018 to review progress against these priorities.
  • In Spring 2019 the group met to agree a report of progress against the 3-year priorities 2016-2019 and to set a new set of priorities to cover the 3-year period 2019-2022.
  • The group will continue to meet annually in Spring 2020 and 2021 to review progress and in spring 2022 will report on the current plan and set new 3-year priorities for 2022-2025.
